Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning
o   Stay current on best practices and technical innovations for lead generation activities. 
o   Ensure alignment between lead generation processes and down-stream marketing and sales automation processes.
o   Demonstrate the proactive ability to plan, organize, and execute.
Process Discovery and Management
Work with various marketing and sales staff in Planetpro to develop written specifications and lead scoring metrics for all lead generation activities. 
Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for best practices as implemented by Planetpro. 
Work with Planetpro team to continuously improve lead generation activities.
Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage on-line tools, SFDC, Marketo, and other applications to support improved lead generation processes.
Execution
Manage specific and repetitive lead generation activities at various stages of the marketing and sales funnel, including but not limited to email campaigns, drip marketing etc.
Manage boundaries between each stage of the lead generation processes to ensure accurate entry, maintenance, and scoring of leads.
Manage Planetpro lead generation database of record, implemented on SFDC & Marketo platforms.
Regularly perform data quality maintenance and enhancement.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users of marketing and sales automation processes.
 Assist management with dashboard & report design for lead generation processes. 
Platform Integration
Coordinate integration of vendor provided data, online search results, desktop and cloud-based applications, personal productivity tools, and the SFDC & Marketo platforms. 
Vendor Management
Manage quality assurance for vendor provided prospect and lead data. 
Metrics & Measurements
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality for leads and target accounts.
Maintain productivity and cycle time metrics as appropriate.
o   Provide End-of-Month and End-of-Quarter analytical feedback to management.
o   Leverage latest trends and technologies in marketing analytics for continual improvement of marketing effectiveness.
·         Training and Documentation
Attend onsite or remote training as need for personal development.
o   Populate Knowledge Library (KL) database with updates as it pertains to lead generation processes and systems. 
Key Skills:
Advisor to management for lead generation processes and systems.   
Business systems and process analysis skills.
Proficient with fundamental principles of database structure and management.
Data import, export, integration, manipulation and cleaning.
Ability to learn new applications and technology quickly.
