Executive Fellow Programme in Management conduct in IIM Kashipur
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidates for the programme should have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution recognized and approved by AICTE/AIU. A master's degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with a Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) (OR) Five year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent (OR) A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average (OR) 4 years / 8 semester bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average. Minimum 10 years of managerial/executive work experience is required. Candidates marginally falling short of work experience requirement are also encouraged to apply. Such applications would be considered on the quality of their experience on a case to case basis. In addition, all the candidates should have secured a minimum of 55 % marks in all their previous public examinations starting with the secondary level
