Responsibilities:
Individual performer expected to have strong analysis & modeling skills.
Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits etc.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze and deliver Business Requirements Documents, Uses Cases and Functional Requirements.
Work with business unit and identify required changes and communicate information to development team.
Acts as the key liaison between business and project teams.
Collaborate with developers and SMEs to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
