1.Help in developing, executing overall B2B marketing strategy at Freshersworld.com
2.Manage the primary social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+
3.Create, Manage, Execute Email marketing campaigns with the help of Creative designers
4.Measure the reach, scale and effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics
5.Monitor and evaluate peer organizations for their use of social networks, keep track of best practices
6.Keep informed of new applications, trends and traffic in online marketing
7.Independently responsible for achieving targets as well as ensure organization targets are achieved.
8.Also guiding the junior associates to achieve the company goals

Skills:
1.Proven results in either one of the online marketing medium - Social Media, Email marketing
2.Excellent Written, Spoken communication skills

5.Familiarity with atleast one of the below mentioned softwares will be a plus
6.Web Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics
7.Email marketing softwares - Mailchimp, Netcore
8.Marketing automation tools - Hubspot/Marketo/Act-on
Points to Note:
1.Startup and online experience preferred
2.Web experience preferably in B2C domain
3.Good Entrepreneurship attitude.
4.Active , Energetic, ready to explore
5.MBA (Marketing)preferred
Process:
1.First Round: Preliminary round with the HR.
2.Second Round: If Selected, you proceed to the 2nd round with National Business Head
3.Third Round: If selected , you proceed to meet CEO
4.Final Round : with HR
Location: Bangalore

Compensation: Salary + ESOPs
